She is a credentialed risk management professional with an extensive history of managing self-insured programs, OSHA regulated employee health and safety programs and patient safety initiatives.

Lupe is also a graduate of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) Executive Development cohort and a longtime member of the American Society for Healthcare Risk Management (ASHRM).

In her years of experience she has built highly successful cardiology programs, which included multi-million cath lab construction projects, and high earning oncology, and neurology service lines.
